(WESTERN AUSTRALIA)
BELGIAN TERVUEREN SHEPHERD
TERVURENS ARE SUITABLE FOR OBEDIENCE, AGILITY, SHOWING, TRACKING, HERDING, FLYBALL AND DANCES WITH DOGS
The foundation of Bonquest began in 1981 when I introduced the Belgian Shepherd Tervueren into Western Australia with Bonbara T Melodie.
In 1982 I imported Lanzerotte of Questenberg (Imp UK) from the famous Questenberg Kennels and subsequently imported Questenberg Orien Express to mate to Lanzerotte and these two dogs were the foundation of my breeding programme. In 1991 I imported Timberhall Mighty Mazda who also contributed to my breeding programme.
My dogs love to work and I love entering them in Rally and Obedience trials and during the winter months we love to go tracking with many of my dogs gaining their Tracking Championship titles and Track and Search Grand Champion titles. I am also a Tracking and Track and Search judge and instructor so spend many hours out in the forest putting in my tracks and helping like-minded enthusiasts with their dogs to achieve tracking titles. A number of my dogs progeny continue to excel in sports.
Belgians are my life and passion; once owned never to be without.
